In early 2016, Mordril identified and pursued the emergent industrial small- to mid-box sector in the UK after careful research and selection. Since then, we have acquired more than 20 industrial assets, spread widely across the UK, with the majority placed within the golden triangle encompassing the West and East Midlands.
Mordril acquired logistics assets capable of delivering attractive income distribution and has improved them through hands-on management and targeted expenditure. By acquiring well-located quality assets at a price below replacement value, we aim to deliver stable income and capital returns that benefit from the UK industrial sector’s continued positive growth, and provide attractive risk-adjusted returns to our shareholders.
