Chief Executive Officer
Vikram Chellaram is the CEO of Mordril Properties. Before joining Mordril, he served as Managing Director of KC Maritime FZE in Dubai from 2004 to 2010, leading a strategy focused on dry-bulk shipping logistics for self-unloaders for aggregates, cement, and iron ore in India and the Gulf. Before his work in the Middle East, Mr Chellaram was based in New York and London, where he worked in asset management with Bank Julius Baer and Deutsche Bank.
Mr Chellaram is an active member of YPO and the Urban Land Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and South Asian History from Boston College and is a graduate of the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School.
