Mordril’s investment strategy was to amalgamate the stratified building and renovate it to reposition the underperforming commercial property into a flagship building catering to multinational retail brands. However, substantial market interest in purchasing the building ‘as-is’ allowed us to capitalise on our investment with good returns.
