Nicholas Brooke is the Chairman of Professional Property Services Limited, a Hong Kong-based specialist consultancy providing a selected range of advisory services across the Asia-Pacific region. Mr Brooke is a Chartered Surveyor by profession and a recognised authority on land administration and planning matters. He has more than 45 years of experience within the property industry and has been involved in numerous major asset acquisitions and disposals, particularly in Asia and Europe, and has provided strategic advice to institutions and family offices looking to move into new markets.

Mr Brooke is a keen advocate of the importance of innovation and technology in Hong Kong and was closely involved in establishing the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation. He joined the Board in May 2001 and was Chairman from 2007 to June 2014. Mr Brooke is also the Principal Advisor to the APEC Policy Partnership on Science, Technology and Innovation (PPSTI) and the immediate past Chairman of the Hong Kong Harbourfront Commission. In July 2018, he was elected as the Asia Pacific Chairman of the Urban Land Institute, of which he is also a Lifetime Trustee.

Mr Brooke was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) on 1 July 2018 in recognition of his distinguished public and community service.
